Frequently Asked Questions
How do I become a taste tester?
We have a group of 30 individuals who purchase, for a nominal fee, small pots of preserves we are developing. These individuals have given us invaluable feedback to help us develop our yummy flavours for you to enjoy.
If you would like to become a taste tester, we do have a waiting list, please send us an email and we will be happy to contact you and explain what this invaluable service to us entails.
Can you purchase on line?
You may not be physically able to purchase online (at the moment) but you can call us or email your order to us. Browse our amazing flavours, ring or email your order through remembering to include the address you would like your purchase sent to. We will then calculate postage and packaging costs and send you an invoice by email for the total amount. We will include in the email our business banking information for payment. Once payment has cleared in our account we will then post your delicious produce to you.
Shipping and Handling
We have experience in packing parcels that have been shipped all around the world. For the UK we send parcels first class signed for unless otherwise stated by you. For orders outside the UK we will offer a scale of options at the time of purchase in order to try to keep costs down. It is up to you as the customer to check if there are any restrictions or duties involved with your goods, and any charges incurred for this or quarantine fees will be applicable to you as the customer. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. As you will see, all of our prices are in Pounds Sterling.
We will only dispatch your order once it is complete. We do not send part orders. However, produce is not available; a refund will be credited to your account for the cost of the product and also the cost of the shipping. This will be included on your invoice.
As you may be aware Customs often charge duty on imports into certain countries. Unfortunately, we have no control over this and you will be liable for any charges incurred due to import taxes and quarantine charges.
If you make a mistake whilst ordering we would be unable to offer a refund on any returns or postage. If the mistake is ours, then we will of course refund the items concerned. If your parcel is returned to us with an attempted delivery, or due to you providing incorrect address details, we will have to re-charge you the shipping costs, or alternatively refund the goods only.

Do you make diabetic jam?
Due to making small batches with no artificial preservatives; the shelf life of diabetic and reduced sugar jams would not make it economical for us to produce. However, if you would like to purchase a whole batch to share with friends and family (approx. 30 jars) we would be happy to accommodate you. Just bare in mind shelf life is 2 weeks from production.
Can you supply to restaurants or patisseries?
We supply our preserves to a number of cake makers, pop up cafes and fine dining service providers. If you are interested in how we may serve your business please email us.
How long will jam keep?
Our preserves has a shelf life of two years unopened. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 3 months.
